Rotary feeder is a type of automatic feeding mechanism that uses a turntable to guide the workpiece into the groove leading to the automatic assembly machine mechanism at high speed. Depending on the product, this type of turntable feeding can Supply from 100 – 500 products/minute.

The feed speed is adjusted up or down by accelerating/decelerating the turntable motor.

Rotary feeder is often used with products with simple shapes such as bottle caps, plastic parts with slim, easy-to-sort shapes to achieve fast feeding speeds that other mechanisms such as vibrating hoppers cannot. Application for automatic assembly, testing, and packaging machines.
